About Me
Namaste,
I Kapil Naik the writer of the articles welcome you to my web page. I present myself as a young citizen of Independent India. This is the only identity I would want readers to keep in mind when they read my articles as I do not wish my social, economical, religious, educational and linguistic status be linked to my views.

Sad part of India Gate is that, it was made by British to honor the Indian army officers who fought for British Empire. Their names are carved on India Gate walls. In democratic India, we fought 4 wars, 3 with Pakistan, 1 with China and other peace keeping mission. We lost so many officers and jawans protecting our motherland, Our Government could not find a single wall in Delhi to write their names. We made a lot of constructions in Delhi like metro but could not make just a wall.
I always believe that British were more ‘grateful” (कृतज्ञ) to us than our own politician. India gate make me sad not with the memories of our officers and jawans but with our own political leadership
